We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the invoice date.
All returns must first be authorized. Please submit a return request in writing via email or fax. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their new and original condition. This means items must be unopened without additional barcode labels or packaging. Products with remaining sticker pieces, sticky material, coloring or torn outer bags will not be refunded.
The shipment must be shipped via traceable means at your cost with the original packing slip or invoice enclosed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A refund for the product(s) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment. Refunds will only be issued if the above conditions are met. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
