Orders are shipped from the U.S. within 1-3 business days of the order date.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. 

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to make any changes, please contact us immediately at hgshelp@maruzen.info.

 

Address Correction

Please note that if there is a charge associated with change(s) to the shipping address required after the order has shipped, you will be charged for the Address Correction Fee.

 

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the shipment, or for any reason not caused by our error, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and related carrier fees. Any such charges will be deducted from the refund amount or billed separately.
